GainStrong, a perfumes and essentials oils store operating as a kiosk in the Philippines, is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to deliver top-notch service and drive sales. You will greet customers, explain product features, and help them choose from our fragrance and oil range.

The role emphasizes in-store customer engagement, maintaining stock displays, and teamwork to meet daily sales targets while handling returns and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Actively seek out customers in store.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Cross sell products.
• Handle returns of merchandise.
• Required to report all sales, including inventory.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
