Job summary

GainStrong invites applications for a customer-facing retail role at our Perfumes and Essentials Oils kiosk. You will deliver friendly sales service, assist customers, and answer queries to drive store performance.

You will maintain stock, cross-sell, report sales, and collaborate with coworkers to ensure excellent service. Excellent communication and a proactive attitude are valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Cross sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Report all sales, including inventory
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures
