IntouchCX is seeking a Product Management Support Associate to bridge technology solutions and end users. You will troubleshoot, support rollouts, and ensure tools drive business success through proactive support and clear communication.

You will work with the Product Management team to implement solutions, train users, and gather feedback, acting as the main contact for product end users and coordinating with developers and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting product teams or tech solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and triage tickets with clear steps.
• Comfort communicating with end users and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support product rollouts and implement new features.
• Act as primary contact for end users’ product support.
• Contribute to training and communications for new features.
• Provide hands-on end-user support via Jira and direct channels.
• Gather and act on end-user feedback to stakeholders.
• Flag bugs and logic issues to developers and PMs.
• Communicate updates and workarounds to users.
• Assist in measuring product usage and proficiency.
