Job summary

You will inspect raw materials, monitor production, record non-conformities, and coordinate with suppliers and QA staff to maintain quality across receiving and release of finished goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or Mechanical/Electrical Technology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in machine operations/handling.
• Minimum 1 year experience in quality assurance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing quality management.
• Willing to work shifting schedules in Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify quality of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure materials from warehouse and suppliers meet set standards.
• Operate and handle machines to maintain production efficiency and quality.
• Record non-conforming materials and reasons for non-conformity at receiving.
• Coordinate with suppliers for documents required before receiving materials.
• Communicate with QA staff about non-conformances observed during receiving or production.
• Monitor processes from receiving through production to finished goods release.

Job Description:

The Product Quality Controller is involved in measuring and verifying the quality of manufactured products to ensure that they meet quality standards, ensuring that the production processes are carried out following the pre-defined standard processes.

• Checks and inspects the quality of raw materials and products.
• Ensures that raw and packaging materials from the warehouse and suppliers are within set standards.
• Operating and handling machines to ensure production at optimum efficiency and standard quality.
• Records non-conforming raw and packaging materials as well as the reasons for non-conformity during receiving.
• Coordinates with the suppliers delivery personnel for proper documents needed prior to receiving of raw materials for production.
• Communicate with the quality assurance staff for any non-conformance encountered/observed during receiving or during the flow of operations.
• Monitors all assigned processes and performs standard monitoring procedure in the receiving area, during operations, and up to releasing of finished goods.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of a Bachelors degree in any Engineering course, Food Science & Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, and other related courses.
• With at least one (1) year of experience in Machine Operations/Handling Machines.
• With at least one (1) year of experience in quality assurance.
• With at least one(1) years of working experience in a food manufacturing industry related to product quality management.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules in Marilao, Bulacan
