Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checks and inspects the quality of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensures materials from warehouse and suppliers meet set standards.
• Operates and handles machines to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Records non-conforming materials and reasons for non-conformity during receiving.
• Coordinates with supplier delivery personnel for required documents before receiving raw materials.
• Communicates with QA staff about non-conformances during receiving or production flow.
• Monitors all processes and performs standard monitoring from receiving to release of finished goods.

Title: Product Quality Controller (Marilao)

The Product Quality Controller is involved in measuring and verifying the quality of manufactured products to ensure that they meet quality standards, ensuring that the production processes are carried out following the pre-defined standard processes.

• Checks and inspects the quality of raw materials and products.
• Ensures that raw and packaging materials from the warehouse and suppliers are within set standards.
• Operating and handling machines to ensure production at optimum efficiency and standard quality.
• Records non-conforming raw and packaging materials as well as the reasons for non-conformity during receiving.
• Coordinates with the supplier's delivery personnel for proper documents needed prior to receiving of raw materials for production.
• Communicate with the quality assurance staff for any non-conformance encountered/observed during receiving or during the flow of operations.
• Monitors all assigned processes and performs standard monitoring procedure in the receiving area, during operations, and up to releasing of finished goods.

Job Qualifications

• A graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course, Food Science & Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, and other related courses.
• With at least one (1) year of experience in Machine Operations/Handling Machines.
• With at least one (1) year of experience in quality assurance.
• With at least one (1) years of working experience in a food manufacturing industry related to product quality management.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules in Marilao, Bulacan
