Job summary

Mynt is seeking a Product Performance Manager in Metro Manila to drive process improvements and support the launch and ongoing performance of B2C products. You’ll collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Operations, Finance, and BI to ensure launches are smooth and compliant with policies and regulations.

The role emphasizes after-sales support, documentation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on customer experience and scalable product operations in a dynamic FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• A college graduate with strong leadership potential.
• 5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or a similar industry is preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused and committed to delivering quality products and services.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements to make product operations more efficient and scalable.
• Support product launches by ensuring teams are prepared and aligned on processes, requirements, and policies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support after-sales activities and address product-related concerns.
• Create and improve process and policy documentation based on customer feedback, business insights, and industry best practices.
• Ensure products are launch-ready and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor product service quality and help minimize transaction errors and issues.
• Work closely with teams such as Enterprise Sales, Commercial Enablement, Operations, Trade Assurance, CXM, Finance, and BI to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve product processes and customer experience.
• Manage projects and other initiatives as needed, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.

The Product Performance Manager will drive process improvements and support the successful launch and ongoing performance of products within the B2C Product division.
