Job summary

Ethixbase360 is seeking a Product Owner to join the Product & Technology organization in the Philippines, supporting the Principal Product Owner to define, validate and communicate product requirements for multiple products and platforms.

Working in an agile environment, you will partner with Product Managers, UI/UX, Development, AI & Data, Client Success and Support to translate problems into actionable requirements that drive value for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience as BA/PO in an agile, SaaS environment.
• Business level English (C1/C2) spoken and written.
• Ability to translate problems into structured, actionable requirements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Collaborative and comfortable working across functions and locations.
• Background knowledge in compliance or due diligence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate business and user requirements.
• Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation for engineering.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Clarify requirements with development and remove blockers with stakeholders.
• Ensure requirement traceability from discovery through delivery and UAT support.
• Produce clear specifications, diagrams, workflows and product notes.
