Qualifications

• Advanced Product Ownership experience delivering cross-functional products in Agile environments (end-to-end ownership).
• Proven leadership in multi-team or cross-domain transformation initiatives.
• Direct experience with systems migration (legacy to modern), including planning and risk management.
• Experience with data migration and system integration, including dependency mapping.
• Exposure to API-driven ecosystems (integration requirements, interoperability).

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of internal platforms that drive business operations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including system modernization and platform transformation across teams.
• Translate business needs into prioritized roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with Engineering and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.
• Use data and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvements.
