Job summary

Filinvest Business Services Corporation is seeking a Product Owner Specialist to define the product vision and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories, and ensure successful delivery with measurable value outcomes.

You will own backlog management, collaborate with analysts, UX/UI, and engineering, and lead delivery with Scrum Masters and project teams. Strong communication and agile experience are essential for driving stakeholder alignment and value realization.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Delivery Management.
Strong skills in gathering, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
Hands-on experience in stakeholder management with business users and technical teams.
Excellent written and spoken communication, translating business needs to technical specs.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working with Jira; Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with company strategy.
Prioritize initiatives to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
Own and manage the product backlog, refine and prioritize user stories for development.
Collaborate with analysts, designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
Work with Scrum Masters and PMs to ensure timely, quality delivery and post-launch evaluation.
Engage with stakeholders, coordinate UAT, and promote testing best practices.
