Job summary

Filinvest Business Services Corporation is seeking a Product Owner Specialist to guide product vision, strategy, and value delivery. You will manage the backlog with user stories, collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure readiness for development and release readiness.

Qualifications

IT or engineering degree required; BA-related certification (optional)
Experience in product ownership and business analysis is preferred

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, goals and success metrics aligned with company strategy
Prioritize initiatives to maximize business value and customer satisfaction
Own and manage the product backlog: create, refine, and prioritize user stories
Collaborate with analysts, designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
Ensure backlog items are ready for development and align with sprint goals
Work with Scrum Masters, PMs, and tech leads to ensure timely, quality delivery
Validate features against acceptance criteria and approve releases
Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement
Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional teams
Facilitate product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder feedback sessions
Champion the voice of the customer and ensure data-driven decisions
Analyze usage data and metrics to guide prioritization and enhancements
Drive measurable impact in adoption, efficiency or revenue growth
