Job summary

Paynamics Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to mentor a team of engineers, optimize AWS infrastructure for high availability, and build robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will implement Terraform, container orchestration, monitoring, and secure operational practices while collaborating with development teams to deliver scalable fintech solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in DevOps, automation, and leadership, with fintech exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years in cloud infrastructure (fintech experience preferred).
• Strong background in DevOps automation, troubleshooting, and leadership.
• Passion for continuous improvement and modern cloud practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, promoting collaboration and growth.
• Manage and improve cloud infrastructure on AWS for high availability and performance.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable deployments.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) to streamline provisioning and scalability.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools.
• Provide advanced production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Optimize system performance, uptime, and cloud cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and secure operational practices.
• Work closely with development and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Stay updated with new technologies and recommend continuous improvements.
