Job summary

PalmPay is seeking a Product & Operations Manager in Manila (BGC) to support product launches, improve processes, coordinate with HQ, and train Sales & Operations teams. The role is onsite in BGC, Philippines.

You will test product processes, prepare SOPs and user guides, and coordinate with HQ for resolutions. Strong communication and coordination skills, and good English are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or smartphone retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Test product processes and support new product/feature launches.
• Identify product and operational issues and coordinate with HQ for resolution.
• Prepare training materials, SOPs, FAQs, and user guides.
• Conduct product and process training for local Sales and Operations teams.
• Prepare and manage marketing and sales materials, such as flyers, posters, and product introductions.
• Collect feedback from frontline teams and support product/process improvements.
