Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Product Operations Intern to help design and optimize how product teams operate, supported by metrics, processes, and reporting. You will work with multiple teams to streamline workflows, analyze product usage, and implement tooling and automation.

You will contribute to go-to-market playbooks, field testing, and competitor analyses while riding motorcycle taxis as part of the role. This internship offers hands-on mentorship in a hyper-growth startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must have own laptop and be willing to go onsite 3–5 times a week.
• Long-term internship 4–5 months.
• Strong analytical and data-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and proactive attitude.
• Ability to ride motorcycle taxis in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Streamline product processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collect, organize, and analyze product usage data to support decisions.
• Focus on tooling, tech stack management, and product enablement.
• Facilitate customer feedback loops with other teams.
• Implement administrative, HR, and operational processes within the product team.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and a playbook for existing products.
• Conduct field testing or competitor analyses when needed.
• Create web-based tools via Claude.ai and other automations.
