Job summary

HelloConnect in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines, is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Assistant who will bridge our product team with internal stakeholders and customers and contribute to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and customer satisfaction.

You will manage recipe data, admin processes, and editorial tasks, while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining trackers and databases to ensure accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in administration, project coordination or operations management.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets and CMS.
• Familiarity with recipe management or food service operations is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage recipe cards administrative and editorial processes.
• Responsible for menu checks, updates, etc.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
• Upload all recipes and meal choices to the online recipe database.
• Update and maintain trackers as part of product operations.
• Maintain data organization and cleanliness across sources.
• Report data issues to the team.
• Keep data updated across sources and systems.
• Contribute to the team by achieving related results as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc admin tasks such as updating Excel tables.
