Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced marketing leader to drive product marketing, CX initiatives, and monetization for the Enterprise postpaid segment. You will own the enterprise app roadmap, oversee lifecycle programs, and collaborate with Sales, Brand & Marketing, IT, and CX teams.

The role emphasizes ARPU optimization, churn reduction, and cross-functional execution across campaigns and programs. A strong background in telco postpaid and digital monetization is required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in product marketing, CX, or digital, preferably in telco postpaid.
• Experience owning a digital / app product and running monetization or lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes engagement strategies to improve adoption, retention, and CX for Enterprise postpaid.
• Owns the Smart App for Enterprise — roadmap, feature adoption, and in-app engagement and monetization.
• Addresses ARPU decline through targeted monetization and lifecycle offers.
• Drives Infinity churn reduction and base retention through CX and engagement programs.
• Manages monetization initiatives across enterprise postpaid fleets.
• Owns campaign design, delivery, and compliance across the postpaid CX calendar.
• Coordinates with Sales, Brand & Marketing, IT, and CX operations on execution and measurement.
• Tracks ARPU, churn, retention, and campaign performance; reports with corrective actions.
• Chairs or contributes to pipeline, performance, and risk reviews; escalates issues with recommended actions.
• Submits P&L, pipeline, and performance reports on the required cadence; maintains roadmap, launch, and documentation.
• Completes timekeeping, leave, and expense filings on or before cut-off.
• Participates in performance management for self and team.
• Completes mandatory compliance trainings annually (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security).
