Minebea Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Product Staff Engineer to evaluate and qualify products and processes, and to support engineering improvements for quality and efficiency.

You will design jigs, machines, and materials using AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS, and maintain technical documentation and control plans. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing) or related field.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, product evaluation, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS for drawings and design.
• Ability to prepare and maintain technical documents such as Work Instructions and Control Plans.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; good communication and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and qualify products, processes, and materials while conducting technical analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Design, develop, and modify jigs, machines, and materials using AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS to support manufacturing requirements and improve production efficiency.
• Prepare, update, review, and maintain technical documents, including Work Instructions (WI), Control Plans, and other engineering-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, including conceptualization, planning, execution, and analysis, to enhance product quality, process performance, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
