Dexatel, based in the Philippines, seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive discovery to delivery. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver meaningful customer and business value.

You will focus on strategy, roadmaps, backlog management, and data-driven decisions, translating insights into clear requirements and measurable outcomes while delivering features in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management within a technology, SaaS, or software development company.
• Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and feature delivery.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience writing product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret product metrics, customer feedback, and market research.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, user journey mapping, and product discovery techniques.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to product strategy and maintain a roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct customer research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and validate assumptions.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on value, impact, feasibility, and effort.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for delivery.
• Coordinate product development activities and support teams through the lifecycle.
• Define and monitor KPIs; analyze usage data to guide prioritization.
• Identify friction in user journeys and work with designers to improve usability.
• Plan and communicate feature launches with documentation and internal teams.
• Collect feedback post-launch and pursue iterative improvements and experiments.
