The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing the company’s product portfolio to ensure alignment with client needs, market opportunities, and organizational expertise. This role will evaluate product performance, manage vendor relationships, and drive business development initiatives to expand market reach. While experience in the cybersecurity niche is ideal, we welcome candidates with a background in system integration or network infrastructure and software resellers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy and Optimization
Identify and recommend key products to focus on based on client needs, market trends, competitive analysis, and internal expertise.
Conduct regular reviews of product performance, assessing sales metrics, client experience feedback, and technical support challenges, and suggest alternatives. - Vendor and Principal Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, principals, and distributors, secure favorable terms, and stay informed of new product developments to keep offerings competitive. - Client Engagement and Relationship Building
Work closely with clients to understand cybersecurity and IT infrastructure needs and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and the internal sales team. - Business Development and Market Expansion
Identify end‑user industries, create opportunities for the sales team, and support the sales process with product expertise and strategic guidance. - Collaboration and Reporting
Work cross‑functionally with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth product implementation and support, and provide regular reports on performance, market trends, and opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, business development, or a similar role in a cybersecurity company, systems integrator, or network/software reseller.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze product performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
