Job summary

CloudEats is seeking a Platform Product Manager (IC) to own the in-house hero platform product, guiding discovery and delivery end-to-end. You will work with leadership to shape strategy and align stakeholders across design, engineering, finance, and operations to drive adoption and critical metrics like ADO, AOV, margins, and platform reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in product management for digital/platform products, strong scrum/Agile knowledge, API familiarity, and experience

Qualifications

• Must have 3-4 years in product management, especially with digital/platform products.
• Strong product sense with ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Solid Scrum/Agile understanding and API concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI or similar).
• Familiarity with frontend/backend tech (ReactJS, Java) and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and end-to-end delivery for the platform.
• Shape product strategy in partnership with Head of Product and leadership.
• Drive improvements in user adoption, satisfaction, and business metrics such as ADO and AOV.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, and Kitchen Operations.
