Job summary

HCM Nexus Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of digital products in a print manufacturing and e-commerce environment. You will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, working with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations to deliver engaging web and platform experiences.

The ideal candidate will combine a data-driven mindset with strong knowledge of e-commerce UX and agile delivery, and will drive end-to-end product

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years in product management in e-commerce/digital platforms.
Strong knowledge of Agile and UX principles.
Experience with analytics tools and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap for e-commerce or workflow platforms.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, operations, and marketing to launch enhancements.
Conduct user research, benchmarking, and usability testing.
Translate business requirements into user stories and specs.
Monitor product performance with analytics and KPIs.
Own backlog in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
