This is a senior-level position requiring 6+ years of product management experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Walker Digital Table Systems is seeking a Product Manager – Casino Operations Solutions to support the development and delivery of products that enhance casino floor operations around table games. This role works closely with global product, engineering, and customer teams across WDTS.

Casino or gaming industry experience is the must for this role.

This role focuses on operational workflows, performance optimization, and data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, game protection, and player management.

Experience with both analytics tools and project management tools is required to support data-driven decision making.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support development and execution of product roadmap.

• Translate business and customer needs into product requirements.

• Manage backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization using Jira or similar tools.

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams.

• Support customer engagement, feedback, and product improvements.

• Monitor product KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
