Job description

In this role, your responsibilities will be to:

• Collaborate with various departments such as Marketing, Technology, and other related departmentsto understand the business priorities.
• Establish and maintain roadmaps strategically that outline development priorities in the short andmedium-term while collaboratively driving the plan with partners and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to anticipate upcoming concerns, as well as work with a cross-functional team to findthe solution with the business objectives in mind.
• Assess and communicate how the value stream release train will respond to new requests from theorganization, including potential impact to on-going projects.
• Define and prioritize the feature backlogs and articulate to collaborators and agile teams accordingto customer requirement.
• Lead and develop strong Product Owners who are responsible for their own agile teams delivery ofdesired business outcomes

Work Setup - Hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days WFH)

Qualifications -

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Computer Science / Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience in Process Control systems, industrial automation, or related industries
• Atleast 3-5 years in a product Manager / Owner role
• Experience with developing software products in multiple platforms with PC, web or cloud technology stack
• Experience with ISO certified processes and audits, secure lifecycle development, and/or development of software products for use in a SIL environment
• People management experience that leads by example in delivering results and strong sense of ownership and accountability
