Purpose:

As a Product Manager, you will handle market and consumer insights, lead comprehensive brand development, and uphold activation excellence. You will own the brand’s 360-degree presence, seamlessly connecting offline and online (O+O) touchpoints to drive market share, ensure optimal brand representation, and deliver a seamless omnichannel consumer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • 360 Brand Consistency: Lead and execute marketing plans, ensuring a consistent brand message, visual identity, and tone of voice across both offline retail and online e-commerce platforms.
  • Digital Shelf & E-Retailer Excellence: Ensureoptimalbrand representation on e-retailer sites.Optimizesearch visibility, manage high-quality product assets/content, and proactivelymonitorbrand reputation and customer reviews.
  • Reputation Management: Activelymonitorcustomer feedback across all platforms, addressing concerns and leveraging positive reviews to build brand trust.
  • Assortment Optimization: Define, refine, andoptimizethe e-commerce and retail product assortments in alignment with the overall brand strategy, commercial goals, and localized consumer demand.
  • New Product Launches: Lead the end-to‑end planning, organizing, and execution of new product launches, implementing activations that elevate brand image and drive market penetration.
  • Brand Activation Ownership: Own the brand's e-activation framework. Manage, co-define, and execute the regional e-trade calendar, ensuring campaigns built for online are deployed effectively in collaboration with the Shared Value Center (SVC).
  • Omnichannel Integration: Develop and implement O+O (Online-to-Offline and Offline-to-Online) strategies. Collaborate with Marketing and CMO teams to encourage cross‑channel shopping and integrate retail experiences with digital convenience.
  • Media & Traffic Collaborations: Partner with the CDMO team on paid search engine optimization (SEO), digital media, social media advertising, and CRM activations to maximize high-quality traffic and conversion rates.
4. Content Performance & Data‑Driven Insights
  • Data Analysis & Gap Identification: Track, measure, and analyze both retail and digital performance metrics.Identifymarket opportunities, competitive threats, and portfolio gaps based on consumer research, competitor tracking, and e‑com analytics.
  • Content Optimization: Evaluate content performance on the digital shelfutilizingguidelines from the CDMO/CET teams, using these data-driven insights to improve content ROI.
5. Business Operations & Financial Management
  • Budget Ownership (A&P): Manage andallocatethe Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget efficiently, prioritizing high‑impact initiatives to maximize overall sales and return on investment (ROI).
  • Sales Forecasting: Ensure monthly sales forecast accuracy by collaborating closely with commercial and supply chain teams.
  • Reporting & Senior Stakeholder Management: Compile competitor activities and prepare comprehensive monthly business review presentations for senior management, covering business updates, performance reviews, market insights, and upcoming plans.
6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Internal Alignment: Work hand‑in‑hand with the Retail and Education teams to ensure the proper roll‑out of physical marketing materials, counter services, and consultant training.
  • External Partnerships: Manage and liaise with external agencies, e‑retailers, and business partners to guarantee that promotional campaigns and communication strategies are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
  • Omnichannel Mindset: Strong understanding of both traditional offline marketing cycles and digital shelf/e‑commerce drivers.
  • Analytical Ability: Comfortable translating data insights (e‑commerce dashboards, competitor intelligence, consumer research) into practical brand actions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to lead cross‑functional partnerships (CDMO, CMO, Retail, Education, and external agencies).
  • Operational Discipline: Proventrack recordin A&P budget management, forecast accuracy, and handling complex project timelines.
