Job summary

VST ECS Phils., Inc. is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the growth, strategic positioning, and market expansion of Ruijie Networks within our ICT distribution ecosystem.

You will own the product line performance, coordinate GTM activities, and drive demand across dealers, system integrators, and channel partners. You will work closely with Ruijie as the principal vendor and collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align launches, forecasting, and promotional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Product Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales within IT distribution or enterprise networking.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking architectures, wireless, switching, routing, and cybersecurity products.
• Hands-on familiarity with Ruijie, Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, TP-Link, etc.
• Strong command of commercial drivers, inventory management, forecasting, and pricing dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & P&L Management: Own the Ruijie product line's performance, drive revenue growth, maintain margins, and manage inventory.
• Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop pricing, positioning, and GTM plans to grow market share in enterprise networking.
• Channel Enablement & Partner Development: Build relationships with dealers, integrators, and channel partners, recruit and support new accounts.
• Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between Ruijie and VST ECS teams for launches, forecasting, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio & P&L Management: Own the overall performance of the Ruijie product line, driving revenue growth, maintaining healthy profit margins, and managing inventory levels.
• Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies to capture greater market share in enterprise networking.
• Channel Enablement & Partner Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, and channel partners, helping recruit and support new accounts.
• Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Ruijie (principal vendor) and VST ECS internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams to coordinate product launches, demand forecasting, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Product Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales within an IT distribution company or enterprise networking sector.
• Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking architectures, wireless solutions, switching, routing, and cybersecurity products. Hands‑on familiarity with networking brands (Ruijie, Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, TP-Link, etc.) is a distinct advantage.
• Business Acumen: Strong command of commercial drivers, inventory management, forecasting, and pricing dynamics.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a confident, customer-oriented mindset.
