Job summary

Hocheng Philippines Corporation (HCG) is seeking a Product Management Associate in Dasmariñas, Cavite to support new product development, market research, pricing and launches. You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales, QA, and Product Managers and help drive product growth while monitoring displays and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in new product development, including product specifications, materials, and supplier coordination.
• Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Support product pricing, packaging, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor non-moving and slow-moving products and assist in product performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Product Managers on product-related activities.
• Monitor showroom displays and ensure proper product presentation.
• Prepare product reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Perform other Product Management-related duties as assigned.
