Job summary

C& E Publishing is seeking a Product Management Head for on-site work in Quezon City. The candidate should have 3+ years in product-related roles and at least 1 year in leadership, with strong skills in product planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role involves overseeing product evaluation, acquisition, and training alignment, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating with partners to optimize product offerings. Parking space is available.

Qualifications

• Education: Holder of any degree preferably Library Science, Information Technology, Education, and Business.
• Experience: At least three years of related work experience; At least one year in supervisory or managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Product Evaluation, Acquisition, and Training Unit for products to be featured during major fairs and conventions.
• Securing quotations of products in pipeline from partner representatives.
• Validating PRFs prepared by Product Assistant; requesting NPAs from Pricing Unit.
• Communicating approved NPAs to stakeholders; approving forms in order processing.
• Monitoring and updating the Sales pipeline; reporting to CE-Logic, Inc's management and foreign partners.
• Collaborating for repositioning/non-moving products; supporting Sales by answering product inquiries.
• Providing sustainable solutions to frequent client concerns; performing other tasks as assigned by superior; recommending improvements to work systems.
• Abiding by company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Product Management Head

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Product Evaluation, Acquisition, and Training Unit for the products and solutions to be featured during major fairs and conventions based on the theme objective of the event and the expected visitors
• Securing the quotation of products in the pipeline from the representatives of partners
• Validating of Price Request Form (PRF) prepared by the Product Assistant
• Requesting the Notice of Price Approval (NPA) from Pricing Unit
• Communicating the approved NPA to the concerned stakeholders
• Approving of related forms in order processing
• Monitoring and updating the Sales' pipeline
• Reporting the Sales pipeline to the CE-Logic, Inc's management and foreign partners
• Collaborating with the Product Evaluation, Acquisition, and Training Unit for the repositioning and realignment of non-moving and slow-moving products
• Support the Sales Division of CE-Logic, Inc. by answering product-related inquiries of the clients, and at the same time
• Collaborating with the product Evaluation, Acquisition, and Training Unit to provide a sustainable solution for the frequent concerns and questions of clients
• Performs other tasks assigned by superior from time to time
• Recommends measures and policies for the improvement of work systems and procedures of the department/division
• Abides by the company's policies and procedures, rules and regulations, management directives, and other official instructions made through inter-office memoranda or other written or oral forms.
