Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO or similar fast-moving environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project milestones, addressing challenges and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
• Gather, analyze and report project updates, risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions to ensure teams are equipped with campaign-specific knowledge.
• Develop training materials, SOPs and best practices to ensure a smooth transition from launch to full operations.
• Present project updates, expectations and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and direction while awaiting the official endorsement of the campaign to operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, training, IT and operations to prepare for a seamless campaign launch.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices for campaign readiness.

About the role

The Project Launch Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations, aligning internal teams and driving project success. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful initiation and transition of new campaigns, ensuring operational readiness before full deployment. It requires strong leadership, presentation and training facilitation skills to support teams during pre-launching activities.
