Job summary

Eastwest Ageas Insurance is seeking a role focused on improving and optimizing the product implementation process and turn-around-time (TAT). The role collaborates across business units to align product requirements with the eBao backend system, sets up products, and leads UAT strategy and sign-off.

The candidate will coordinate costs with TDX and contribute to ongoing process and product strategy improvements based on system optimization.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in actuarial science, technology related field or any similar fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in insurance organizations or consulting firms, with a focus on Insurtech development.
• Project management skills, understanding of system set-up and the ability to coordinate teams both within the organization and with external business partners.
• eBao experience is highly preferred
