Qualifications

• At least a 4 year graduate in any business related degree.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management; Financial Management.
• Knowledge in risk management controls; Account management.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, techniques/methods, banking policies and procedures, and bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the Business Center's sales plan to attain its target business volume.
• Contributes to the overall goals of Retail Banking Group.
• Responsible for growing customer base through internal or external sales initiatives.
• Maintains cordial working relations with the client by ensuring the timely servicing of financial needs.
• Ensures sales key result areas or sales targets are met.
