Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-release and post-implementation testing (UAT, live tests).
• Write and secure approval for test cases.
• Log defects and coordinate with product and development teams.
• Provide updates on testing progress and risk escalation.
• Document test results and defect management for sign-offs.
• Improve UAT efficiency and plan test schedules.
• Manage testing schedule, resources, and cross-functional coordination.
• Create training materials and brief upcoming business teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
