Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is hiring a skilled assembler at our Kallang Sector 3 site. You will interpret assembly instructions and technical specs, use hand tools, and work with engineering to improve processes.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with a basic salary up to $2,500 per month and a 2-month variable bonus. This position emphasizes 5S and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Interpret and follow assembly instructions, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Use hand tools and equipment proficiently for assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and implement changes.
• Perform system rack assembly and testing, including troubleshooting when required.
• Support 5S and workplace safety practices.
