At 2GO Group, you will help shape the digital experiences that connect customers with our services. As a Product Engineer, you will design, build, and enhance customer-facing applications and API integrations that power 2GO's operations and deliver seamless, reliable digital solutions.
Your mission
- Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing applications on AWS (Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, Cognito, DynamoDB)
- Build and support customer API integrations, ensuring reliability, security, and performance aligned to agreed SLAs
- Contribute to AI-powered applications, working with the team on continuous improvement
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, SonarQube, and Snyk; adhere to code quality and security standards
- Participate in customer-facing discussions to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain documentation
- Work closely with the Product & Customer Engineering Lead and cross-functional business units to deliver on prioritized roadmap items
- Adhere to established processes and standards in end-to-end service delivery ensuring compliance to regulations of security, data privacy governance and customer requirements
- Contribute to BI infrastructure efficiencies by maintaining and optimizing best-fit yet cost-effective solutions that drive high value to end customers and manage known risk
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
Professional Experience
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on software/product engineering or developer experience in a professional setting
- Demonstrable experience delivering full stack applications (not just academic or personal projects)

- Full stack development proficiency (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or equivalent)
- AWS services: hands-on with at least 4 of the following: Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, Amplify, Cognito, SQS, Glue, Redshift
- REST API design, development, and third-party integration experience
- Version control with GitHub: branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews
- Exposure to DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, static code analysis, dependency security scanning
- Ability to understand business context and translate it to technical solutions
Nice To Have
- Experience with AI/ML tooling or computer vision applications
- Logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce domain knowledge
- Familiarity with Amazon Q or AWS Kiro
Preferred
AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, or Solutions Architect Associate level) is an advantage but not required.
