Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 1+ year of experience in product development (FMCG, baby category, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
• Knowledge of formulation, ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop new baby care, personal care, and intimate care product concepts based on market trends, consumer needs and product storytelling.
• Coordinate with suppliers, formulators, and manufacturers for product development.
• Evaluate product samples, formulations, fragrances, textures, and packaging.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend research.
• Ensure products comply with local and international regulations (e.g., FDA, ASEAN).
• Manage product development timelines from concept to launch and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
