RZ Ecommerce Corporation in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, seeks an experienced R&D Manager to lead product development and formulation, ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards while driving growth and innovation.

You will oversee the end-to-end process from concept to launch readiness, coordinate with sourcing, manufacturing, and QA teams, and provide strategic visibility to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biology, Cosmetic Science or Industrial Engineering (acceptable with strong FMCG R&D background).
• 5+ years experience in product development and FMCG/wellness/personal care R&D.
• Strong understanding of formulations, product sourcing, manufacturing coordination, and commercialization processes.
• FDA regulatory familiarity, experience handling supplements, cosmetics, or wellness products.

About This Role

The R&D Manager leads the company’s Research & Development function, driving product innovation, formulation development, and future brand creation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees the end-to-end product development process—from concept, sourcing, testing, and validation to launch readiness—ensuring products are commercially viable, operationally feasible, and quality-compliant while supporting the company’s long-term growth and expansion.
