Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air seeks a Product Designer to join the Digital Experience team in Pasay City with a hybrid work arrangement. You will translate user needs into intuitive digital experiences across channels, enhancing journeys and interfaces.

Required are 2-3 years in design thinking, a relevant bachelor's degree, and fluency with Figma, Sketch, and InVision. A strong emphasis on mobile-first, accessible design and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia Graphics or related.
2-3 years of work experience in design thinking or related fields.
User-centered design certification is preferred.
Proficient with Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to inspire the team.

Responsibilities

Understands product specifications to enhance user experience on digital channels.
Gathers user feedback to inform design decisions and remove roadblocks.
Collaborates with Product Owners, PMs, Design Lead and Developers in agile settings.
Creates and maintains wireframes, flows, storyboards, prototypes across platforms.
Maintains style guides and design specifications of the product.
Conducts usability testing to validate designs with data.
