Job summary

Prosperna is seeking a UX/UI Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about crafting intuitive and visually appealing experiences. You translate complex ideas into simple interfaces and enjoy solving design challenges in a fast-paced global startup environment.

You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers using Figma to wireframe, mockup, prototype, and build design systems, while ensuring accessibility and brand consistency across the Prosperna

Qualifications

Extensive experience in UX/UI design including wireframes and prototypes.
Proficiency with Figma or equivalent tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).
Experience using AI-powered tools for rapid prototyping and design iteration.
Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and design principles.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication.
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into designs.
Plus: SaaS, AI apps, or eCommerce design experience.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain user interfaces for the Prosperna platform.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to turn concepts and wireframes into polished, user-friendly designs.
Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
Leverage AI-powered design tools for rapid prototyping, iteration, and experimentation.
Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
