Job summary

Cleo is hiring a Product Design Manager for our Subscribers Pillar. You will lead a team of designers, shaping the UX and design systems for a high-growth fintech product that aims to redefine money management with agentic financial assistants.

You'll partner with product and engineering to align OKRs with design strategy, coach a growing team, and drive high-impact work across the product lifecycle in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience leading product design teams across multiple product areas.
• Experience launching high-quality mobile products with polished UI and strong brand alignment.
• Able to set design direction in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience co-owning product strategy and OKRs with product and engineering.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working at pace in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold a high standard of design craft, thinking, and execution across all touch points.
• Establish and maintain scalable design processes and best practices across the Subscribers Pillar.
• Define and drive design strategy for the pillar, focusing on retention projects.
• Partner with product and engineering to align vision with pillar strategy and OKRs.
• Support team growth through coaching, performance standards, and career development.
• Contribute to people initiatives including hiring, learning, and progression frameworks.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where designers can thrive and do their best work.
