Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior product design role with leadership experience.
• Mastery of visual design, typography, grids, layout, and colour theory.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web with responsive experiences.
• Strong knowledge of behavioural psychology and its influence on decisions.
• Experience with usability testing, user interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into design decisions.
• Familiarity with UX analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
• Proficiency in atomic design, tokens, and scalable design libraries.
• Knowledge of motion design tools such as Lottie, After Effects, Principle.
