Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking a testing professional to ensure successful delivery of product, business, and compliance requirements within defined timelines.

The role involves driving preparation for product/service implementation using insights, regulatory risk assessment, and resource planning, along with monitoring post-launch performance and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. UAT leadership is a key focus.

Qualifications

• Graduated from any 4-year course.
• At least 3 years work experience in business support/operations in banking, fintech or telecommunications.
• People management and exposure to Merchant Acquiring/Sales is an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to demonstrate effective organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Test and deliver existing product/business/compliance requirements within defined timelines and objectives.
• Drive groundwork needed in implementing a product/service/business through customer and business insights, regulatory/risk assessment and resource requirements.
• Monitor performance of the existing product/business after launch and coordinate with the vendor and internal stakeholders to address issues.
• Maintain relationships with strategic business partners, business units and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementations.
• Lead all Users' Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities of the department.
