Job summary

BPO International, Inc. seeks a Product Specification Specialist in the Philippines to manage product specifications and related data in the food industry. You will work with PLM systems, SAP/ION, and BOM knowledge to ensure accurate formulas and materials data.

The role requires coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining documentation, and managing multiple SKUs with strong attention to detail and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in product specification management in the food industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLM systems and data governance.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or ION for product data.
• Understanding of BOM and product formulas.
• Experience with master data management processes.
• Ability to review and compare technical specifications across materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure specification accuracy.
• Maintain thorough documentation and perform timely follow-ups.
• Manage multiple materials and SKUs concurrently with attention to detail.
• Communicate in written and verbal English with internal teams and external partners.
