Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Product Data Analyst to manage, validate, and optimize product data across SAP, BOM, and PLM systems. You will ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product information throughout the lifecycle.

The role supports data creation, validation, maintenance, reporting, and coordination with multiple departments to maintain up-to-date product data. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in Product Data Management or data analysis is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with BOM and PLM is required.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create, encode, update, and maintain product master data in SAP, BOM, PLM, and other systems.
• Encode and maintain product information including codes, descriptions, specs, ingredients, and packaging.
• Manage product data through PLM from development to changes and discontinuation.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data standards.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies, duplicates, and missing information.
