Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product information management, data entry, catalog management, or related operations.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Knowledge or familiarity with IT hardware and software products is advantageous.
• Strong data entry and product validation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Product Information Management (PIM) functions, including product validation, maintenance, and data entry.
• Validate product information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across internal systems.
• Update and maintain product records in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business applications.
• Review product information to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to obtain missing or incomplete product information.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Support product onboarding and catalog management initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and follow established workflows and quality guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the client-designated coordinator or manager.
