Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to maintain and validate product data across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems. This role supports product onboarding, data validation, and catalog management while collaborating with internal teams and client-designated coordinators.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of PIM or related operations experience, hands-on Salesforce and NetSuite skills, and a strong eye for IT hardware and software

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product information management, data entry, catalog management, or a related operational role.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Knowledge or familiarity with IT hardware and software products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform PIM functions, including product validation, maintenance, and data entry.
• Validate product information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across internal systems.
• Update and maintain product records in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business applications.
• Review product information to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to obtain missing or incomplete product information.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining high accuracy.
• Support product onboarding and catalog management initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and follow established workflows and quality guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the client-designated coordinator or manager.
