Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is hiring a Product Data & Marketing Coordinator to manage product data, digital assets, documentation, and marketing support across internal stakeholders and regional teams. You will ensure data accuracy and drive project tracking within PIM/HUB ecosystems.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing coordination, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with PIM tools such as Salsify. Collaboration across teams and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management.
• Familiarity with PIM systems and product data entry.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Salsify, Bazaarvoice, or Robohead is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills across teams.
• Detail-oriented with multi‑project and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Manage product data, assets, copy, manuals, and quick start guides across stakeholders and regional teams.
• Upload and maintain product data and images in PIM/HUB systems, including Salsify preparation.
• Coordinate licensor and legal submissions, trackers, and provide updates to project owners.
• Support marketing communications and sample management, including status reports and newsletters.
• Support Bazaarvoice campaigns and maintain marketing process documentation and playbooks.
• Contribute to process improvements in marketing operations and documentation.
