Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the company's marketing activities and initiatives. The position supports promotional campaigns, social media activities, client communication, marketing materials, events, and other activities designed to strengthen the company's brand and support business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and company activities.
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations, proposals, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and online marketing activities.
- Create, schedule, and coordinate social media posts and other digital content.
- Monitor social media engagement, inquiries, and comments and coordinate appropriate responses.
- Assist in developing content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct basic market research and gather information about competitors, customers, industry trends, and potential opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, promotional activities, meetings, and client engagements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for marketing materials, printing, events, and promotional requirements.
- Maintain an organized database of clients, prospects, contacts, marketing materials, and campaign records.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Monitor marketing schedules, deadlines, and project requirements to ensure timely completion.
- Support lead generation and other business development activities as assigned.
- Assist the sales or business development team with marketing-related materials and requirements.
- Respond to marketing-related inquiries and coordinate requests with the appropriate department.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide feedback or recommendations to management.
- Ensure that marketing materials and communications are consistent with company branding and guidelines.
- Perform other marketing-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related position is an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva is an advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions
The Marketing Coordinator will primarily work in an office environment but may be required to attend client meetings, company events, promotional activities, site visits, or other business-related activities as necessary.
The position may require occasional work outside regular office hours depending on company events, campaigns, meetings, or other operational requirements, subject to company policy and applicable regulations.
