Job summary

Biopharma Careers in the Philippines invites a cost accounting professional to join our finance team. You will perform daily product costing for new materials, run cost simulations, and document costing activities, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in finance/accounting, 4+ years in financial/product costing, SAP CO Product Costing experience, and readiness for night shifts 2x per week at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of solid financial accounting, product costing and management accounting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, product cost calculation and material master data.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center is preferred.
• Experience in SAP CO Product Costing module is required.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Willing to be based in BGC, Taguig at least 2 times a week.
• Amenable to night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily product costing for new materials and ensure KPI/SLA compliance.
• Support investigation and analysis of standard cost variance as requested by local counterparts.
• Communicate costing errors to relevant parties.
• Run and document costing simulations.
• Perform annual costing activities and ensure timely marking and releasing of materials.
• Create and update work instructions and documentation.
• Engage in internal/external audits, key user tasks, and regression testing.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with stakeholders.
