Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Procurement and Warehouse Officer to lead procurement, warehouse operations, and inventory control to support EPC projects. You will source materials, manage supplier relations, and ensure timely delivery.

As the company builds its new warehouse, you will define inventory processes, layout, and procedures, while coordinating with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Finance to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain-related field.
• At least 3 years of procurement, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with renewable energy, solar EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Experience using ERP or procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for materials and equipment.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
• Lead the setup of a new company warehouse with processes and layouts.
• Coordinate material delivery to project sites and track movements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
