Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Procurement Functional - Consultant (Makati) to lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay projects in a hybrid, morningshift setup. The role requires deep S2P expertise, experience with major cloud platforms, and ability to drive procurement transformation across sectors.

The candidate should lead functional design workshops, manage testing, and guide change management while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end S2P implementations.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and spend management.
• Ability to lead workshops and produce design/process documents.
• ERP integration experience is a plus.
• Post-Graduate/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source-to-Pay implementation expertise across projects.
• Procurement transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• Develop and drive opportunities via networks and relationships.
• Lead roles: Design Lead, Testing Lead, PM, Change Mgmt support.
• Recruitment and mentorship of team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to internal capability-building and training.
