ICON is seeking a Manager, Procurement to lead end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management, driving cost savings and value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in managing procurement operations, including vendor negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage procurement teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in managing procurement budgets.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving efficiency and compliance.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Monitoring market trends and conducting supplier assessments to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.
