Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end local and international purchasing. You will work with suppliers to ensure accurate, efficient procurement and maintain order flow up to delivery, while updating the ERP system.

The role emphasizes cost-saving, vendor management, and data-driven decision making to support customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, international procurement a plus.
• Strong knowledge in procurement: negotiation, sourcing, cost reduction, vendor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from end-users for local and international brands within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve order issues, adjust POs, and maximize container loads.
• Monitor orders and shipments, update ERP tracker, and provide stakeholder updates.

About the Role

The Procurement Specialist manages the end-to-end local and international purchasing activities and works closely with local and overseas suppliers to deliver accurate, efficient, and value-driven procurement. It also includes monitoring of orders up to its delivery as well as management and update of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Order processing and placement

• Process orders received from end-users within the agreed-upon timeframe for the assigned local and/or international brands.
• Coordinate with vendors on any order-related issues, suggest adjustments, and revise POs as needed.
• Closely monitor and coordinate with vendors to ensure container loads are maximized and promised delivery dates are met.
• Ensures all related documents are in accordance with BIR regulations.

Order Monitoring and Tracking

• Update the monitoring tracker and the ERP system after every order is sent to the vendor.
• Regularly follow up with vendors on any pending orders or shipments and provide updates to all stakeholders.

Process Improvements and Special Projects

• Continuously review the current purchasing process and come up with cost-saving for the team.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience. International procurement is a plus
• Strong knowledge in all facets of Procurement including Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, Cost Reduction Strategies, and Vendor Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with any ERP system is a plus
